Bake the perfect pair to your Gingersnap Oat Milk Latte with our Cinnamon & Cream Cheese Cold Brew Bites made with Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate.

Make It

Step 1

Place pistachios in a bowl and cover with water. Cover and refrigerate dish 10 hours.

Step 2

Drain and rinse pistachios.

Step 3

To blender, add pistachios, filtered water, cardamom and sea salt and blend until very smooth.

Step 4

Strain nut milk using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer. Set aside pulp for another use or discard.

Step 5

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, heat Chameleon and agave until hot then divide into 2 mugs.

Step 6

Return saucepan to low-medium heat. Heat pistachio milk, whisking while you bring it to a low simmer.

Step 7

Gently pour over Chameleon in mugs and enjoy hot!
